FIRE RATED BOX
The Fire Rated XVentBox features a 20 GA steel housing custom designed based on your model/series selection. The assembly incorporates three layers of a proprietary intumescent material, each 3 inches wide and 2 mm thick, installed around the perimeter between the steel housing and the cavity box. Tested in accordance with ASTM E814, the system provides a 1-hour fire rating.
